Bonuses are available only to players with verified accounts who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion terms. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet, subject to identity verification and completion of any pending withdrawal reviews.
